Christine Hakim joined ABNR as an associate in January 2012. She graduated in July 2010 as one of the Best Graduates of the Faculty of Law of the Parahyangan Catholic University. During her university years, she participated in the 2008 “Manfred Lach” International Space Law Moot Court Competition in Sydney, Australia. Following that, she participated in the 2009 and 2010 Indonesian Rounds of Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Jakarta, and together with her team received awards.
She took a short break from her law practice to pursue further studies at Leiden University, taking International Civil and Commercial Law as her major. In 2017, she returned to ABNR with a Master of Laws (Advanced Studies) (LL.M.) degree in hand. From her studies at Leiden University, she gained deeper and more extensive knowledge in the field of civil and commercial law from international, European Union and Indonesian laws perspectives.
In ABNR, she has assisted clients in general corporate and investment matters, and has been involved in several major transactions relating to initial public offering, financing, company restructuring, acquisition, and merger.
