Ms. Tania Faramutia Riyanto joined ABNR as an associate in September 2017. She holds two different degrees, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Bachelor of Law degree from University of Indonesia. In her studies in commerce she majored in Commercial Law and International Business and graduated in 2011. After that, she continued her studies in the faculty of law and within only 3 years obtained her law degree in 2014, with the Cum Laude honor. Her thesis had also been published in the University of Indonesia law journal. Having grown up in New Zealand since the age of 12, she is fluent in English and Indonesian and has excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Her multicultural upbringing has been beneficial in her professional dealings with the firm’s international clientele.
Prior to joining ABNR, Tania worked with two other prominent law firms in Jakarta. In ABNR, she has been part of the teams which handle mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, general corporate, banking, land law, capital market, mining and energy matters.
