Ms. Pulkeria Ekaristi joined ABNR as an assistant lawyer in May 2018 and was made an associate shortly thereafter. She graduated cum laude in 2016 from the Law Faculty of Gadjah Mada University, majoring in business law. In 2015, she was awarded a Lotus Unlimited Scholarship from the European Commission for an exchange semester at the Law Faculty of University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
As a student, she represented her university in a Foreign Direct Investment Arbitration Moot Court in Seoul, South Korea, and together with her team successfully managed to secure third place in the Asia – Pacific Regional Rounds, advancing to the Global Rounds in Frankfurt, Germany. In 2016, Pulkeria enrolled in an LL.M program in international economic law at the Queen Mary, University of London, United Kingdom, where she graduated with merit in 2017.
Prior to joining ABNR, Pulkeria worked at one of the “Big Four” accounting firms, where she focused on tax and transfer pricing. At ABNR, she has worked as part of teams assisting clients in general corporate matters, foreign investment, a variety of due diligence examinations for acquisition purposes, industrial relations disputes, civil and commercial litigation, and arbitration.
