Ms. Pranaya Arthita joined ABNR as an assistant lawyer in May 2018 and was made an associate shortly thereafter. She graduated in 2018 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia, majoring in business law, and has passed the Indonesian bar exam as held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). During her university years, she was actively involved in numerous campus and law-related, organizations, including the Business Law Society. She also served as deputy head of finance for the Law Faculty Students Union.
Prior to joining ABNR, Thita worked at a Singapore-associated Indonesian law firm with an internationally oriented practice and a focus on corporate and commercial law. At ABNR, she has been part of teams that assist clients on general corporate, foreign investment, and technology, media and telecommunications matters. She has also worked on a variety of due diligence projects related to M&A deals.
